I walked into this store after my shocking OPSM experience. I was looking to understand what had been done to my (very expensive) lenses by OPSM.
Even though it was apparent that I was not going to be a source of a sale, as I just wanted an opinion from a professional, and despite probably seeming a little crazy since I was in shock / distraught, the store staff treated me very kindly, and to be honest, went above and beyond.
They heard me out (despite me having come in close to closing time), examined the damage and typed up a letter explaining how the lenses had likely been damaged, and did not try to take advantage of the situation by pushing sales on me. I wasn't currently a customer, and they had no reason to do all of this.
I really appreciate the empathy guys :)!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spec savers rung and offered me an appointment the following day as they had cancelations I was stoked. Running a bit behind time, machines were playing up (out of their control) and they apologised for the wait. Very friendly and helpful staff especially with picking glasses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The workers has typed the prescription wrongly and resulting dizziness of wearing the wrong prescription glasses for more than a month. Went back to check and they are not helpful with it, quite upset with their service.
