β β β β β Customer service is non-existent. Gates were installed after lockdown in 2020. Have had issues ever since and Craig's attitude to that is "not my problem"! He treats the customer with disrespect. Gates do not function properly or line up to close. He blames the customer for everything. Buyer beware! Almost $2K for a product that does not work is not acceptable. Warranty is not honoured.
