★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We organised AllWorks to provide a quote for a decent amount of work in January 2021.
They let us know they were busy, and wouldn't be able to come out until late February.
That was fine, and he popped out in February and let us know "the quotes will take around 4 weeks".
We were prepared to wait, I followed up after 4 weeks and received an apology for the delay, and said it was with the quote team.
It is now October, and we still have not received a quote. I don't recommend them at all.

Everyone can tell just by looking at these pictures, how the entire project doesn't work. It has some of the elements that we asked for but overall it looks unprofessional (cheap and like it has been rushed out). Additionally It's lack of ideas, harmony, and connection with the existing spaces are only a few of the monstrosities that can be seen. In other words, it just looks like a massive big mistake!!! Something that a even a preschooler could design with a little bit more soul and personality in it.
After his third attempt (it was slightly better but still very very ugly), we were left speechless when the only two options we were left with were to accept what we were given and proceed to pricing or carry on with further changes at an hourly rate.
Now I understand that time is money and everything but why on earth would I agree to pay someone $110+ hourly (not the actual but the average for the industry) when I am already dissatisfied and horrified by what's been produced so far?
To get even more expensive monstrosities???
And why would I go ahead and price a design I already hate???
To inflict more pain on myself and have to look at that for the rest of my life?
To cut this long story short we paid the remaining balance for the concept and decided to end the relationship with this company and share the story in the hope that it can help someone else make an informed decision.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware! You cant count on any aftersale care. We had a lot of landscaping work done with Allworks and it looked good. When the leaves on the larger trees planted started to change colour and drop, however, we called asking if someone could stop by to check on them fearing they may get worse. We were promised someone would stop by, but no one came. We visited Allworks office and were told they'd been busy, but again assured someone would stop by. Again no one came. After several weeks of waiting we tried emailing, but all we got back in the end was a suggestion it was normal and offer to quote if we wanted different trees with more "lower growth". We thought Allworks would know best, but as feared three of the four trees are now completely dead. What a waste.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We asked All Works to provide garden landscape designs to a fixed budget. They provided a design which we were very happy with, but once we’d paid the problems started. We asked All Works to provide us costings / a quote for the work which took them multiple months to provide, all with zero communication or updates and very rude responses to any of our enquiries or requests for an update.
Once we did get the quote back it was 6 times higher than the budget. We told them the budget in person and in email, and were very clear that was the maximum we had to spend. What came back was over $300,000 more than we could afford. What an absolute waste of time having the designs done!
When we responded to the quote with questions we were met with an incredibly rude and unprofessional response, and when I complained I was promised a response from the owner or general manager which never came.
Stay clear and save your money.
