★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I needed some furniture moved from Dunedin to Queenstown. The property in Dunedin had very difficult access up a long path, but this wasn't a problem for Lance and his team. My mum also had a piano moved by Best Removals and was really pleased with their service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I made an on line enquiry. It took several days before I got a phone call, which is ok, except he FORGOT to turn up to take a look at our contents to be moved. Next day he arrived, unannounced, because he FORGOT to phone to say he was on his way.
Then, he FORGOT to send us a quote. It's now about 6 weeks later and still nothing. Even if we got one now and it was competitive, how do we know that they won't FORGET to turn up on the day to move all our earthly belongings to the other end of the country?
Unbelievable!!! Wouldn't touch with a barge pole!
