Appalling service! That's putting it PC polite.
Delivery was 3 days late. No communication (unless chased up), not even a simple phone call to update the client (even though they need to pass through client's Town on the way to their home base?)
Mind boggling that this "logistics" company is still operating?
Incompetence in its highest form.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, unless ofcourse you want poor 'service'.
