β β β β β Highly impressed. Very friendly, helpful staff and the trailer itself is awesome. Doesn't bounce or sway at all, it just sits there and tags along (8x5 single axle) empty or loaded.

β β β β β I have been so impressed with Ben at Best Trailers. We have bought 2 trailers - one for a boat and one for a jetski. He has been more than helpful throughout the process. The jetski one ended up with faulty lights so I took it back and they swapped the whole lights and wiring with no issue. While they were at it they put some air in one of the tyres they noticed was a bit flat and when I mentioned that the hook that goes on to the jetski was causing a few issues, they replaced it there and then. Next time we need a trailer we will definitely be coming back.

β β β β β After loading boat onto the trailer I decided I wanted to upgrade to braked axle, I contacted Ben the next day and he was happy for me to exchange the non braked axle to the braked axle and supply the brake kit, Once I had the new axle fitted I then discovered that one of the discs was bent, so I contacted Ben straight away and he got a new disc and hub on the next courier out.
The trailer tows very well and is built solid

β β β β β I have just very recently purchased an 8 x 5 boxed trailer, with a 900mm cage from Best Trailers Ltd.
The whole experience was an absolute breeze.
Ben, who I dealt with, is a Customer Service star.
He was friendly, helpful and did everything possible to make me happy.
He even delivered the trailer to me, on his way home.
The trailer is solid and well made.
Iβve taken it away camping already, and it exceeded my expectations.
It has a tipping function, has plenty of tie down points and is incredibly easy to move around on the jockey wheel when loaded up.
Iβve got no hesitation in recommending Best Trailers to anyone, who is after a value for money trailer.
Iβm incredibly happy with my purchase.
