β β β β β Our daughter has been coming here since she was 3.5yrs. She is now 9yrs we all love coming to HBS. Why? Professional, friendly & effective teaching. Through school, our girl has attended x2 other swim schools as part of the HPE curriculum. There is a significant difference in teaching skills, professionalism & facility hygiene. HBS even exceeded our expectations when we went through a family trauma. Thank you HBS for adding value to our family.

β β β β β My daughter is in the tadpole class. Class is organised and fun, but losing a star as facilities are cramped.
Pros: chlorine and salt combo, well structured class, great staff, and pool area is warm - great for dressing my baby after.
Cons: atrium floor a bit slippery, multiple classes going at once in different corners of the pool, the viewing/dressing areas are cramped so you have to let people go by carefully while carrying/feeding/dressing your baby, and only one shower in the female swimming change rooms.

β β β β β Never ever recommend this swimming pool .. staff doesnβt even know how to speak to customers.. Beware this place is dangerous. The staff is very racist kind .. always keep an eye of your children and keep. Pick them up on time . We have already stop our children going there β¦

β β β β β Worst experience dealing with the staff and they are generally rude. They donβt listen or concern to hear what you are trying to say. Keep on saying what they wanted to tell. They donβt admit their mistakes. Extremely fed up dealing with them.

β β β β β Was meant to post this earlier in the year. The lessons were run well and a niece of mine enjoyed them but my toddler was just not having any of it. So I told someone at the front desk that we were not going to come back and if there was anything we needed to do. They said no it's all good. I got charged another Direct Debit a little after that so I called up and asked for a refund and to properly cancel. They said I needed to cancel before the direct debit would stop and that they would need to look into it and talk to a manager and get back to me. I called up a little while later and got a similar response. Still have not heard from them... I believe I should have been more clear about cancelling with the person at the desk initially and have no problem with the Direct Debit, but they obviously don't want to give us our money back.

β β β β β We did not have a good experience dealing with Hilton Brown's cancellation policy during the COVID pandemic.
Because of Hilton's Brown cancellation policy, we stopped the regular swimming classes for our 12 month old son when Auckland was approaching the peak of the Omicron Pandemic. We had one voucher for a make up lesson, but couldn't find any available classes for the lesson before the expiry. We requested an extension. Hilton Brown said they were unable to extend the make-up voucher if we were no longer enrolled in the regular classes !!! Seems to us like a silly policy especially when Hilton Brown did not have the classes available for us to use the voucher! Very inflexible policies in the circumstances.
