About BestStart East Tamaki Road
We are a New Zealand-owned charity with preschools, kindergarten (kindy), Montessori and early-childhood home-based services nationwide.
BestStart has over 260 early childhood centres from Whangarei to Invercargill. All our centres use the New Zealand curriculum Te Whāriki, preparing children for their formal education at school. Our trained teachers support children to belong, thrive and achieve through the world-recognised philosophy of learning through play.

Our family loves the teachers at this center they are kind,thoughtful,energetic and truly loving our daughter. we have complete peace of mind every day they are there which exceeds all of our hopes for what a daycare could be. the wonderful teachers @sanjeshni, , @jazz, @pooja, @renuka, @Dana, @karamjit,@kalpana, @Alisha put my mind at ease as every time i would drop her off or pick her up she was being well cared for. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommend this childcare. I am a very protective & proactive grandmother to my 2 year old grandson Elliot. When I drop him off I feel he is safe, & will be kept busy all day. He is "happy". Every child has a individual, large"" professional .fun" photo on the wall , to connect & identify with. I would recommend EduKids Papatoetoe being the top of your list when choosing a great Childcare in this area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly recommend this centre for any parents who are looking at quality childcare for your precious ones. I am a first time mum so going back to work and finding a daycare to care for my 14 month old daughter was a daunting experience. EduKids East Tamaki definitely made the transition period a smooth one. First impressions count and we were welcomed with open arms by the teachers. The atmosphere and the environment is very clean and inviting. After only attending 1 week at daycare we could see a positive change in Harper's behavior. She is more independent feeding herself when having dinner, walking as opposed to crawling and being more talkative. It all comes down to the teachers encouraging Harper and guiding her in the right direction. The quality and care from the teachers is amazing and I highly trust them to nurture and support my daughter in her learning journey.

I could not have chosen a better centre for my daughter who is absolutely thriving in the environment and facility, along with the help of the amazing teachers, centre manager and staff. I know that without a doubt my daughters needs are met every day, she is safe, well cared for, learning new things all the time, has so much fun playing & eats nutritious meals that are provided by the centre. I cannot thank the babies & under 2’s staff enough for the amazing work they do every single day, as they have played such a huge role in my daughters life thus far! You could not be in better hands when it comes to care and education for your child, thank you BestStart East Tamaki!

Manger (Sanjeshni) is fantastic, I found her super friendly when I talked to her about any thing including about children’s progress, swapping days, and had nice advices about baby.

One of the top 5 centres in Auckland. A must have experience as you don't feel like you are leaving your kid with strangers but it feels like home. They don't just care about your kids but about you too
