β β β β β The staff here is amazing. They do listen to you carefully. They work with more maintenance and kindly. Especially the reception staff in here Hong, she works fast and helpful, flexible in any situation to do the best for parents.

β β β β β The worst childcare you can imagine. They only after money. I enrolled my son there in last year Nov and every day my son used to cry a lot, I waited for 8 weeks to get him settle in new environment but no he was same. He lost his appetite and eventually lost his weight. One day my son vomited so much and they never called me, when I went there to pick him up, he was crying so much and both the teachers were having gossips and laughs. It was super annoying and finally me and my partner decided to change his daycare. That was the day our life had a positive turn and in the new day care he just settled in less than 2 weeks why? Because he got the care what every child deserves. There was no less than one star otherwise manukau best start does not even deserve it. Just hate that place and sugar coating talks of the management??????????????

β β β β β My children attended full time. We found the teachers knowledgeable and friendly- making our family feel welcome from the first day. The children were given many opportunities to extend interests within the room and I admired the individual attention to the childrenβs learning and development which was well documented online through storypark capturing moments we would otherwise be missing. They celebrated many excursions, fun days like dress up and disco as well as events that celebrate culture and diversity and families were always invited and encouraged to be part of these. The experiences received at EduKids Manukau supported my children to develop social skills, confidence and
a love of learning which made for a smooth transition to Primary School.

β β β β β My son attended BestStart Manukau for 18months. The teachers were able to help him transition from his previous Centre to BestStart within a short period of time. They did this by learning what his interests were and often drew his attention to these - toy cars, superhero costumes. This made dropping off a breeze.
In addition to learning at home, BestStart have helped him recognise phonics, numbers and writing his name. He has shown a big interest in science through science experiments they have carried out. He has gained friendships and learnt to cultivate these through play. They celebrate occasions throughout the year and often go on excursions. The staff are friendly, actively engaged with the children and great at communicating with me as a parent. I have trusted BestStart with my child and highly recommend them.

β β β β β Mamta and the team are awesome. My son loves his teachers and the friends he has made at the centre. Staff here always make Luka-Milan feel special and you can just tell that children here are so happy. Staff are responsive and we always get communication on my sons learning and development which is so nice to see that they notice these things about Luka that he does. Highly recommend them!

β β β β β I would definitely consider this centre as my kid's second home. The centre is so organized and well managed. The teachers and staff are very friendly and reliable. They provide so many extra curriculum activities to develop the children. I must mention about the quality and taste of food they provide which is prepared by there own chef. I am so grateful for all the learning and support they provide to my kid to become confident, independent and happy.
