They ignored customers requirements, ignored the system faults. I wish everybody check the reviews before they dealing with this sneaky company . Posmate! You are a JOKE(DSB)to this industry.

β β β β β This company is complete rubbish, i would never purchase anything from them again. The support doesn't help with any issues, and when originally purchasing they don't provide all the hidden costs we face. Costs way more then price they state. DONT BUY

β β β β β We were having trouble with our eftpos machine and just began a busy shift. Straight away called them and they sent someone out within an hour and had us back up and running ASAP. Very impressed with the service would highly recommend.

β β β β β Very dodgy company. There is no service agreement apart from the finance agreement with the finance company. They take no responsibility for anything if you have had the pos for more than 12 months. They will also refuse to sell you another pos system if you request for a service agreement. They will even refuse to fix a fault even if you are willing to pay them.

β β β β β Trying to find my initial contract, low and behold there isn't one with posMate, just one with Finance Now - which hidden in the fine print has huuuge hidden costs. Totalling close to $8k for one POS unit with a printer.

β β β β β Fraud company. They never respond to calls. We had 7 terminals with them. Cancelled 6 but they are still charging us even after contract has ended. Hopeless staff.

β β β β β Absolutely horrible. After being their client for 1 year, business downturn from COVID I decided to tell I wanted to cancel. Called 3 days in advance, got told CLEARLY that shouldn't be a problem, and I won't be charged for the next billing period - then what happens? The next day, I receive a bill, I call them and they say they're not willing to refund it. Avoid this company at all costs. Better kiwi companies out there. Seems like the review below had it worse than me.
