β β β β β Flowers were sent back, failed to arrive as promised by 11.00 am for a special occasion, when chased they turned up at 12.30 (after the event) but were so disappointing it was obvious they had forgotten. The bouquet was $110.00 and was so small. The next day went back into the shop for full credit and saw it priced at $45.00. The apology was not forthcoming and such a shame when you're trying to shop locally.

β β β β β I paid $120 to have flowered delivered for my Dads bday. I asked for them to be delivered in the morning. They were not. I followed up at 2pm. Long story short they were delivered in a terrible state and too late and after Dad got back from being out for his bday. When I emailed the studio about this, they blamed my dad 'removing the wetwrap'!! Which he did not. They also said they didnt get my instructions about delivering them in the morning. Honestly!! Total waste of $120 and would never use again.
