★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a great Countdown. Their shelves are always out of stock and untidy. I recently moved to this area and there’s not a single time that they had all the products on my list (and I’m not talking about specialised products) common things like cucumber, grapes, protein bars, or1 lot milk, etc.
Today they didn’t have half the items on my list even though I checked online that it was in stock before I left. It takes me over an hour round trip to get there so not having in stock what they claim to have is extremely frustrating and a massive waste of time and petrol.
The other Countdowns I used to go to was a lot better and I definitely would not come here again if there were another supermarket near by.

Most happy. They are keeping most shelves stocked all the time. Dealing well with supply issues. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely disgusting service today when I was at the checkouts. The young lady was sooo rude. Said hello how are you. Nothing in return. Half packed my shopping and then shoved the rear to the end in order for me to hurry up and then started with another customer. It doesn’t take much to smile and say hello. This is the third time it has happened and the second time i’ve had this lady in your store. Won’t be back. Train your staff properly with customer service. It’s not hard!!!! ?
