★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ray is a star ...after years of all sorts of treatments he not only diagnosed the issue as a bulging disc but brought me relief almost after one session. He gave me self treating exercises to maintain a level of comfort and when I go off track he quickly gets me right again. Highly recommend him for all issues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Ray after having a sore neck and bad headaches for up to 4 years as constant physio and acupuncture didn't seem to help nor was it very effective. After a few sessions with Ray, I was instantly able to move my neck around with more flexibility and the headaches have been quite rare. He is amazing and definitely knows his stuff as well as being very informative, he has taught me a lot already. I have not needed to visit a physio since going and have seen many improvements after a short period of time. I'm so thankful for Ray and would 100% recommend him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ray is an outstanding professional who continuously grows his knowledge and practice. He came highly recommended by a range of yoga instructors. So when I had a couple of back injuries last year, each time Ray has diagnosed, treated and gave me great on-going advice. I always feel better after treatments with him and despite the serious nature of my injuries, I have recovered very quickly. I would absolutely recommend Ray at Better Bodies Osteo to anyone and be confident they will get the same awesome service that I did.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A bit disappointed I didn't get the same results as others. I think Ray was out of his depth with my issues that didn't improve with 2 private sessions. In fact i was in more pain 2nd time around. I went twice to see if he'd actually use my name and address me with it the 2nd time. That didn't happen. Hence the 1 star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to see Ray for a fractured shoulder AC joint after not having much luck with a couple different Physio's. Within a couple sessions with Ray I saw drastic improvements in my shoulders mobility and experienced considerably less pain in the gym while weight lifting. I would highly recommend Better Bodies Osteo's and their talented, very knowledgeable staff for anyone with any injuries! Thanks for getting me back to the gym and training back at 100%!
