Not only are the trainers incredibly skilled, safety conscious, and push you hard, but the environment at Functional Strength is embracing, friendly, and supportive - and that is testament to both trainers and participants.
With focus on strength training, and fitness, Functional Strength also educate their members on nutrition, healthy living, and often hold events and functions for its members.
Functional Strength isn't just a training facility and gym; it's a community :-)
