★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really outstanding service. I broke my top denture in half last night, took them in for repair at 9am this morning and they were ready to pick up at 10.30am.
Breaking your dentures is very stressful - I highly recommend this company. Great service from reception to technicians and the price was stunningly good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came to the Sth Island on holiday and my dentures decided to snap. Rung around different denture techs in CHCH to see if they could help me and although Better Denture were closing early they said to come in and they would try to help. Not only do they help, they gave amazing service and were very reasonably priced. I highly recommend them!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quality of denture was poor, was nothing like the models he showed in consult. Had no details of each visit or alteration in a file for review. Lower partial was poorly made, broke anchor tooth costing me $700 repair, took15 months to finally replace, waited until he had partial to then cancel and refund.
Poor work, patronizing and disregard of personal needs. Used to dealing with elderly, so being younger he felt I was being too demanding when I raised the concerns I had about aesthetician. Baby sized teeth that didn't match my remaining ones. Poor workmanship, and refusal to give me my file or copy of original quote as I have taken to legal action for reparation of damages to remaining teeth.
Winz quotes beware! Apparently you get what your given is this man's attitude.
Several other complaints lodged previously.
Suggest you do your homework, get photos, and have someone with you for all appointments, as Chris will change his attitude as soon as you have concerns.
Falsely claimed he had letters confirming the partial he made was suitable for its fit and use from another dentist, which I have no idea whom that is as I haven't seen one, to prevent my refund.
False quotes paperwork for the amount paid and what he was willing to refund if could not replace shoddy lower partial.
Legal action taken.
