★ ★ ★ ★ ★ im finding it hard to get a hold of some one from bic to let them know that in the las week i have brought two 30 packs of coloured felt pens and found that the highlitered felts have no ink in them so there is something going rwrong when making them and maybe they need looking at

From my dairy over priced at 3 dollars each ,
The problem is that they don't seem to be bic lighters .
The sticker is smaller and does not come off as easily .
And the flame is huge . I think they night be a knock off , please can u
