★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not go here! on more than one occasion i have requested a presciption and they tell me no problem it will be at the pharmacy this afternoon. then i call the pharmacy and nothing has arrived, i try again the next day and the day after that and nothing. i try and call them to ask what happened and they wont pick up the phone, i tryed calling them every half hour all day and they refuse to talk to their patients. if you ever want a repeat prescription or to book an apointment the only way to make sure it happens is to drive there and do it in person and wait untill you have seen the send the presciption otherwise it will never happen. i have never in my life met a more incompetent group of medical professionals

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely the worst medical centre in all of Auckland CBD. Zero patient care and terrible service for patients. The staff are rude, lazy and indifferent.
If you want to get things done, then this isn’t the medical service provider you want.
You’re better off trying Vic Med in CBD. At least Vic Med care about patients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to get my regular checkups done. The new management and new offices are beautiful. Highly competent and very friendly staff. specially Dr Tahira and Ms. Nida Furqan have excellent patient dealing. Best location in the heart of CBD. Enough car parkings.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for an immigration medical and Dr Mei Ling Lee was amazing also the nurse and receptionist. Overall great experience. Took a while to get an appointment but they’re understandably busy.
Really clean inside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Company without any commitment to customers, I sent an email to make a reservation 3 weeks ago and so far I have not received any response, today sending the 5 email to them, I received the news that they are already full book for February.
Unbelievable...
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.
Be careful because you could be putting your residence at stake and they have no commitment to customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did the immigration medical check up here recently. The place has been renovated, looks fresh and fancy. Staff is so nice and professional as always even they are super busy now. When I had problem with the medical result from immigration, their staff Lorena was so helpful to follow up and arrange further tests for me immediately. Thank you so much Lorena!! It was my second time here, highly recommend to anyone who ask for good services! And remember to make a booking in advance but not last minute walk in.
