★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hamish the customer rep was super rude. I was just enquiring as I'm a new customer and needed clarification so I called twice. He just jumped on me and made it sound like I'm some kind of scammer - saying that I'm calling from an international number which I was not (It's an 028 number and it's a NZ number!!) and then asked for my Company name etc. Didn't have to be so rude!!
