β β β β β An unsmiling staff member glared at us from the moment we walked in. We are an elderly couple - a demographic not usually known for causing mayhem- but stare she did. We paid this awfully grim woman for our purchases and will never return. This store has a similar range of products to the supermarket at similar prices. So why would we support such an unfriendly unpleasant woman and her Big Barrell store. Brrrr....

β β β β β We have just bought a box of 12 pkt of Black Heart Rum 5% from Richmond Center and the whole box was flat and disgusting.
We rang and told them about it they said to bring the box in tomorrow, as we have a bbq tonight and don't have money to replace the box. ? What do we do?. The Big Barrel don't care as the Supermarket 's would replace the Alcohol and sometimes replace the money. The Big Barrel says they can't do anything about it until the rep's come in. To me that is pretty poor service and customer service. I was thought that the customer was always right. Big Joke That Is.say they can't do any more bout

β β β β β Went there today day before lockdown never had problems in the past always shop here because of variety and good specials ,
But today there were zero specials asked the guy at counter what happened too all the deals ? As I was here the day before yesterday there were plenty , and he just shrugged his shoulders at me. Nothing worse then profiteering at hard times .
