★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed. I brought a couch from the Rotorua store over Queens Birthday weekend. They told me there was plenty of stock and the couch could arrive the following day or up to 2 weeks at a absolute maximum. 10 days after purchasing I had heard nothing so rang the store and they reassured me it would arrive the next day, only to phone me the next day to say it is now going to be an additional 6 - 8 weeks before I received the couch. I told them I would like a refund and they tried to charge me a cancellation fee!
