★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Blown away by the quality of customer service. The team went above and beyond for us to ship a bike for our son to the store for us to collect. Upon arrival, and much to my 6 yr olds dismay, it wasn't running right. The team dropped what they were doing to find a solution.
Turned out to be a bigger issue than expected, these guys have taken care of all repairs required and kept us in the loop throughout.
Could not recommend more.
