Bought a top box, told them that I'd be back with a car. However, they offered the all of tools needed to attach it to the bike saving me the extra trip.

Sue will ALWAYS greet you by your 1st name & with a smile to boot regardless of the mayhem going on around her. I really can't recommend Boyd's enough ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked my bike in for a service. Walked Te Rapa Rd for 2 1/2 hours to return on specified pick up time to find they hadn’t even started the job due to a mix up on the previous bike. Told to come back in another 2 hours. I asked the guy why he didn’t tell me when I dropped the bike off or take 60 seconds to call me with an update and he said he had better things to do. No apologies or consideration of my time. Got the bike back and left. Absolutely disgusting service!
