★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad. Bin was dropped at the wrong house, even through the driver was uncertain he didnt call the number I'd provided to check. When he arrived 4 house later to move it he dumped some domestic waste that had been added back onto the drive without checking with me, (I was onsite) and when the new location was not strait-forward for a bin drop he had no time to sort it out, just wanted to bail and do another job.

Recently I ordered a bin from Bin Boys.
What an utter fiasco!!!
I organised the bin to be dropped off to my fathers home at half past 9. My father is elderly and I told them I would need to be there when it was dropped off. I was told it was $130. After the time was confirmed I believed everything would be fine.
Wrong!
I waited until 11am and still nothing, so I contacted them only to be rudely told that I would have to wait until 12pm. 2pm rolls around and still nothing. When I called again I was met with the most horrible person on the phone, telling me that I should have organised it before hand (I had organised it a week before) and that urgent bins had to go out (no one contacted me to let me know) and finally I was told the bin would arrive in ten minutes.
When the bin came my father handed the cash over - only to then be told the "new" price of the bin was $160 and there would be no receipt as the book was full. I was told twice that there was no book available (so I couldn't prove I paid $160) only to be contacted a week later demanding payment.
I have received no bill at all! Until I receive a bill and can have a receipt I am not paying. Prices do not "magically" go up. I am not paying you cash so you can simply put it in your pocket.
The customer service from this company has been nothing but horrible! It saddens me that there are people out there that will abuse the system - they knew my father was elderly and I wouldn't be surprised if they were trying to get away with it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Initially when I first called they were very friendly and happy to take my money but when I rung to see if I could get an ETA on delivery they said "we don't have you down here" then all of a sudden they couldn't remember me calling, and that there was no job " Did you get it through winz" was one of the questions. I was even doubting myself with how they were talking. But low and behold they found it. The bins haven't arrived yet so I will finish my review once they leave my property.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ive used Bin Boys twice now and both times theyve been great to deal with. Good value and on time with delivery. The service has been friendly from both the office and the delivery guys. I wouldnt hesitate to use them again.

I booked these guys through bookabin and originally was nervous after checking the reviews however didn’t need to be, I justified the poor reviews as being from years ago and not recent and the most recent was positive. These guys were amazing. For so many reasons. Firstly, I made the booking for my sister and unfortunately (my mistake) entered the wrong address, it was too late for me to arrange for the skip bin to be delivered to the correct address so on the Monday I phoned and explained and they were extremely helpful and accommodating providing me with different options. What had felt was a waste of a weekend no longer was, they delivered and picked up when they said they would and the bin was exactly as described. Would reccomend .
