The first meeting was relaxed and unhurried, which was the key. Bradi explained the hearing tests and subsequent results in plain language. What was impressive was that she set the aides to my level of comfort, and not the computer "score."
She is sensitive to social issues about wearing aides in public, and let me talk about that rather than tell me. Bradi helped me choose which model to buy, based on my life style. There was no sales pressure and she explained why she supported the brand.
Bradi has a fine knowledge of her profession, and is gifted with a warm, sincere personality. They combined to make my time with her invaluable.

With exceptional customer focus she certainly delivered for me. The hearing aids she fitted have given me a renewed faith in the technology. They were also considerable cheaper than the competition.
