the Reservation/reception staff were friendly, flexible and accommodating for our team's bookings.
The Audiologist has an excellent manner with patients and explains the process and results of any tests in a clear, easy-to-understand way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After meeting Sam at an event where he had an exhibit, I was impressed by his knowledge and the personal feel of the business. I’ve since been for an initial consult and was happy to find the same vibe. At the youthful age of 42, I’m conscious about the stigma around getting a hearing aid but Bellbird have been able to offer a totally invisible solution which I’m looking forward to getting a trial of on my next visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a blocked ear, so I booked an appointment with Anna the ear nurse at Bellbird Hearing. I was able to get in the following day, I was nicely greeted by kind staff and was asked in in a matter of minutes. The Ear nurse Anna was a good listener and used gentle touch during the procedure, always asking before doing anything checking regularly. A few minutes later I walked out with a smile on my face and an unblocked ear, 5 stars.

Jan at the front desk is welcoming and professional just as my experience with Sam , very happy would recomend highly

Hearing tests, ear cleaning (Registered Nurse) and hearing aids and advice. Reasonable prices and easy parking. Recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I had a blocked ear I was so stoked to find that Bellbird Hearing had an appointment available the same afternoon! Receptionist was lovely and friendly, Anna the nurse did a great job at removing all the stuck earwax. Quick efficient and friendly, couldn’t recommend more highly! Cheers :)
