We ended up with drains not put in, drains not buried so we had a flood and were non functional, cracked tiles in our bathroom, a leaking shower, poor siliconing and a leaking sink in the kitchen. Nobody even finished the drains. Poor quality so would not recommend for a new build or if you don’t want things broken or half done

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Emailed Josh at Blackwell plumbing and received no reply. Then rang him 2 days later and he said give him a call next week as he was on holiday. That was fine. Rang him the next week and he said he would do the job later that week. Didn't show and no communication. Rang him the next Monday, no apology then he said he would do it on Wednesday. Didn't show, no communication. I understand that there will be hold ups but straight no shows with no communication wasn't a great customer experience. I hope he is better with other customers.
