Given my repair was under an insurance claim, they said they would only cover the damage on the bumper claimed in the accident, but there were another imperfection and a scratch where they just painter over and made it seem worse than it was. Could have taken them 2 mins to leave it super satisfied, instead they saved $10 but will not be coming back. They also left the boot of the car somewhere on the floor while doing the job and scratched the surface (there was no way that could have been scratched in any other way whilr installed). Had to take it back to get it done by them. Mine was done at the jville branch

Work was completed to a high standard, I feel like they went above and beyond to ensure my car was returned to pre-accident condition. Did have to wait a considerable while for the work to be completed but I believe it was down to the fact the insurer took a while to authorise the work. Would recommend to anyone looking for a panelbeaters in Wellington.

3 of 5 for OK, not good or excellent I'm afraid. Generally disappointing attention to quality and customer service. About a month to get in, 10 days of repair, slow query responses and a car returned with water stains and hand prints over the repaired area. I was told this was an acceptable condition for handing over a repair to a customer. I didn't need the area cleaned to see the quality though, I could clearly see the severe holograms from aggressive machine polishing, which they then they covered over with some hand polishing. On the paint job itself, dents were well repaired, but the paint's orange peel can see form 10 meters away and a few paint pyramids exist that were almost runs. Certainly not Excellence but OK if you don't pay too much attention to the repair. In my opinion, rather think twice than repair here.

A huge thank you to the team at Blair Wright Group - Waterloo Quay. Your professionalism, friendly manner and efficiency to fix my car is greatly appreciated. This is the second time I've used your service and you guys never disappoint. Not only was my car fixed in a timely manner but they also did a thorough clean inside the vehicle as well as outside. In the past I have had my car service from other mechanics where I have picked up my car with dust on the seats, the console and on some occasions dusty boot prints on the carpets and not only that there is always a mechanic odour. I did not find any of these with Blair Wright. So, THANK YOU again guys, you have a very happy customer!

Had a car looked at and pictures taken for insurance. But details sent to wrong branch finally got it sorted out. Felt like I had done something wrong and was told to contact insurance again. Was confused about why it couldn't be sent back to the other branch? I was informed that insurance agent looked at each branch as a seperate business. Very frustrating. Hopefully everything will go smoothly now.
