β β β β β Not impressed with the service at all. Took my Subaru in to check the central locking and paid $145 just for them to tell me it was the lock actuators. Blair's also told me that my boot release button on my key was working but that's still not working and never has since I've owned the car. What my mechanic said shouldn't be much more than 30 minute job at the most (especially considering it's such a common problem. According to Blairs they deal with it all the time) took 1.5 hours. After calling me to tell me the car was ready to pick up I turned up to find they didn't have the paperwork ready and kept me waiting around. As well as all this they left my car dirty and had it parked around the back amongst tightly parked cars that took me 10 minutes to get out of without hitting somebody else's car. Everybody I delt with at the shop except for Isaac came across very rude and vague. I had the car booked in 2 weeks before it was brought in so it was at the top of the page but still was not completed until 4.30pm, thus left me without a car for the whole day. Do not recommend their service under any circumstance

β β β β β Worst experience I've ever had for installing car audio. The first warning sign should have been when I went to drop in the car for a full audio install and they only had it in for just a head unit. They then grossly underestimated the install for the speakers and amp and smugly told me they had already brought the cost of the job down "to be fair", refused to discuss a payment plan which given their "unexpected snags" I felt was a little callus and told me it would be $10 a night to store my car until it was fully paid. Truly an outstanding experience not to be forgotten in the most negative way possible. Also had the pleasure of scrubbing all their dirt prints off the bonnet and mud off the interior panels (How it got in there I'm too concerned to dwell on)

β β β β β I asked this company via email to CALL me as SOON as soon as the car I was sending them arrived so that we can discuss the car as there was background information to chat about. Instead they went ahead with a diagnosis without my express permission. Then proceeded to charge me. Where is the integrity??

β β β β β I called in with a broken headlight bulb at the worst possible time, ten minutes before they closed on Friday. No problem, the courteous office manager said, Dave will attend to it in a few minutes. And so he did, with friendliness, efficiency, and a very reasonable charge. I strongly recommend this company and they'll be my go-to from now on. Thanks, Blair's!

β β β β β Had an issue regarding our Ute βelectrically not communicatingβ with the caravan. Great service received. A young man named Finn was on the job and explained everything clear and concise. They even moved the caravan into a position so I could easily drive it out, and assisted hooking up. Great experience from reception to technician Well done team. Highly recommend
