About Vehicle Testing Kapiti
From 2nd February 2015, Vehicle Testing Kapiti Limited has taken over the VTNZ Kapiti branch. We are locally owned and operated Vehicle Testion Station. Our aim is to provide excellent and efficient service. We are a one stop shop for WOF, Oil Changes, Tyres, Wheel Alignment and Vehicle Registration .

They could not work on our 49 mercury as the owner said they couldnt work on cars older than the age of their staff....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dont go there between 12 Noon and 1PM as they are closed for Lunch. Quite inconvienient if you are working and intend to nip away during your lunch break to get a WOF. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On a plus side, they do a OK job and it's normally quick.
On the other side. -they are tricky to find. Its not technically VTNZ, as google told me it was. The sign isn't for the orange VTNZ, it's blue and says something like VTKS? It's down the back of a alley.
Staff aren't exactly friendly. If you don't pass the Warrent on the first time, you have to come back to them, you can't go to another testing station to get it signed off.
