β β β β β We played badminton and it cost only $20, equipment included. At the time we visited no people were there. Communication with the staff was not smooth - we tried for several times to book the court but was busy for all the times and when I asked when itβs vacant, I have got unsure reply. But finally we got there.

β β β β β Never never take your child to a holiday program here! The owner / manager refused to call us when my child, who was enrolled in a half day sports holiday program, wanted to come home as he was feeling unwell. She did not check up on him throughout the day, instead he was left to watch movies. She told him she was too busy to call his parent. He was there for 3 1/Β² hours. When we talked to her about it she blamed us as parents for taking him to a sports program that he wouldn't participate in. In fact he chose to go to this program. He is a very outgoing boy, who has participated in basketball, swimming, boys brigade, cricket etc and makes friends really easily. She was defensive and abusive, calling my child obnoxious, and when asked what behaviour was obnoxious, she said "he insisted that his parent were called." At the time she told my son that she would "tell on him".

β β β β β Walked in to what appeared to be a pub with lots of people standing around drinking. Not expecting that for a 10 pin bowling venue where family's with kids would go. The guy in charge was also a bit abrupt in my opinion, maybe because so busy but I'm not in a hurry to return.

β β β β β We turned up with our visitors at 8pm for a couple of games, admittingly we didn't book, as we approached the door we saw someone on the other side who locked it without explaining why so very rude. especially when they don't close until 9pm and carpark quarter full. Wont be going back or recommending them to anyone.

β β β β β This was a fun family outing. Seven of us had great fun. Good parking, good shoe supply and good bowling alleys. A couple of wee technical hiccups but soon fixed. A wee smile from the receptionist would have made the day perfect.

β β β β β The owner was so unbelievable rude. Unfortunately they promote kids parties but are disgruntled when you book one, we were an inconvenience and I'd rather give our money elsewhere locally. So rude. I have never had such terrible service.

β β β β β Service was disrespectful and rude what's worse was that it was the owner. Stood waiting patiently to be served while listening to manager chatting to another person about their upcoming shifts etc and when one of our group asked why I was still standing there, I advised them I was waiting for a drink. I was then rudely asked what did I want, money taken off me, not even a sorry nor a smile. This was the way we were all treated. Absolutely horrible. Happily go back if she isn't there. Obviously customer service not her thing.
