Disgusting... UN HYGIENIC....bed sheet not changed ..pubic hair on it...filthy...don't wash foot spas out between clients. .swap equipment between one manicurist and another...nothing sterilised...pick instruments off floor and use without cleaning....had to walk out mid apt....please don't go here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the legs wax.. a lot of pain for not great results.. not sure why but were prickly again the next day and a few spots missed all together. Not worth the pain and money really. Maybe just not for me

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly and super nice but had nails done and definitely disappointed I love the colours but the results At the end wernt good some of my nails look like they have bulges on the sides of them they didn’t put the nail polish on the tips of the nails or sides my sister had the same and hers chipped the same day for the money we paid was Expecting a better job

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably will not be going back. Ladies in the shop were really nice and made a good effort to make conversation with me considering English was not their first language. I really appreciated that. The job of the nails themselves wasn't great, and probably not worth what I spent to have done. While waiting for my nails to dry, the door to the street was left open which meant that the whole shop was absolutely freezing. I can see a lot of potential in this shop, however the staff are not competent of running it to its full potential. A few small changes would work wonders for this shop!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor customer service. They didn't look like they wanted to be there and didn't verbally communicate at all - just pointed. I had a pedicure and it was more like a light leg rub. There was absolutely no pressure. The massage chairs were old and partly broken (only one mode worked). Nails look OK but definitely wouldn't recommend or go back.
