★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited Hastings to a wedding so visited the nail bar in Hastings for a manicure with a nail polish. They put 2 coats of nail polish waiting for 20 minutes to ensure it was dry.
On my return to Auckland 2 days later I took off the polish with nail remover only to discover there was another layer underneath. I went to my local nail bar where they couldn’t remove the polish saying it was a very poor quality cheap polish & it was staining & couldn’t be removed. You can imagine what it looks like & has to grow out nothing I can do. I would never recommend La Vida to anyone obviously use cheap polish resulting in permanent staining. It is appalling I have to look at these nails for 3months or keep them polished until the whole nail grows out. Disgusted. Rose

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my daughter to get her nails done for her upcoming ball and now she doesn’t even want to attend the ball with the way her nails have turned out!!! She asked the lady to cut her cuticles and none of that was done. I am horrified with this service you are providing as you are leaving clients feeling embarrassed and disappointed, and now my daughter will get bullied because of this!!!! ??????? also the nail polish colour looks like a white boys foreskin!!!!! ?
