★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shona was highly professional and kept me distracted from the at times painful laser treatment for spider veins. If you think laser treatment is going to be pain free think again - what you want is a professional, personable and caring person who looks out for you during your treatment. The reception staff that also uphold that professionalism. The office is clean with a level of character. There is also offsite parking.

Roz was experienced and gave me great advice on what laser treatments I should have and even added a complimentary LED session on at the end! Very impressed and so much better value for money than other places.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would not recommend anywhere else in Wellington for self love and wonderful results! Recently I have been going every 6-8 weeks with laser treatment for my facial hair that also tackles spider veins. The result are wonderful! after the fourth day of my sessions. I chemical exfoliate at home and see the massive impact it has on removing my facial hair. It takes time for the result I want, which I was aware of from day one, on how long it would take. I see Shona for my sessions and I really appreciate her time, honesty & friendship! If I’m ever feeling uncomfortable with the treatment, the ice packs are on hand! She gives me a breather & makes sure I’m okay. As the places on my face such as my jawline due to being near bone is rather sensitive. She makes it as comfortable as possible, out of my own wants.
If you are male and sick of having facial hair in certain places,razor burns, bumbs and rashes! Please read my review. as it’s the best investment I have ever gone through with! I should also say the aftercare advice is on point with Shona. As well as the products they have in store especially the ASAP collection helps all my swellings instantly!

My first time having laser and Shona has been amazing! So caring, with ice packs on hand and always up for a good chat to keep your mind off the pain! (It’s def getting easier each session) the team are very professional in a clean calming environment and it’s always a very pleasant experience.
