★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They helped me out but failed to actually tell me what the problem was before convincing me I need a procedure done. I didn't know what was actually wrong with my ears untill I spoke to a nurse at a deferent establishment afterwards. Communication is key people, especially when you can just walk in and pay some money for someone to do medical procedures on you. It's not all about money and one answer isn't always the best answer.
