★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked in to get lash extentions, half way through getting them done the technicians Co worker came in and they started talking in there language and laughing, this made me feel so uncomfortable thinking they were talking about me and laughing about me. On Saturday night I noticed when my eyes teared up my eyes started to burn, I woke up on Sunday morning and my left eye was swollen and alot of lashes had come out. I messaged a friend who does lashes and ended up getting them removed. The reason being I didn't go back into the shop to get them to remove them was because I was to nervous and upset to let the technician try and fix them after my previous experience and the swelling. And then on Sunday afternoon I ended up in isolation.
I've been in contact with this place via Facebook message asking if there was something that can be done or a partial refund, to which they have said many times very rudely there is nothing they can do about it and will not be refunding me. I find this very poor as I have been getting my lashes done for many years and have never had this reply or response or this sort of reaction before. I spent over $100 with this company for my lashes to last only a few days. I would not recommend going to this place for eye lash extentions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got hybrid lashes and wasn't impressed. They hurt when and blinked because of the overuse of glue and 3 months later some of them still haven't come out. Definitely don't recommend getting your lashes done here

The whole experience is so relaxing…I have fallen love❤️Coming here.absolutely top notch facility and I felt so welcomed by everyone specially by Princy. I will be definitely be back for additional services.

She explained the different types of lashes and the benefit of each style and curl. I wanted a full and natural look and went for the mink lashes. During the application she was attentive and made me feel relaxed. After they were applied and I saw them in the mirror I was so impressed! They look amazing and much better than I had expected. They were perfect for my birthday, where I didn't have to worry about mascara or false eyelashes. I couldn't even feel them on and they lasted for quite a long time :) I would highly recommend Ekta as a lash technician."
