★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easy to find the place, open till 2pm. They also update their Facebook page to let people know if they're open or close. Lots of blueberries to pick with a reasonable price too (payment by cash only). Lots of places for parking. Friendly staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice blueberry farm in a beautiful area just 10minute drive from Ashhurst. Pick your own blueberries, put them in a container and then weigh them at the end. This season they're $9 a kilo and very yummy. A good family outing. Water available to buy and portable toilets also on site. Operating hours change so check on their Blue Acres Facebook page before going there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Relaxed berry picking experience. Delicious large blueberries! Advice is to go early, take cash and more than you think you'll need because it's hard to stop picking, and the best container to bring with you is a bucket lined with a plastic bag because your container gets weighed and you'll end up paying for its weight in blueberries (hint: remove plastic bag from bucket before weighing).
