★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Right on Lake Rotorua! Gorgeous views and access to lake from door step. Great wood burner. Well equipped kitchen with pots, pans, chopping boards, utensils. Nice BBQ and outdoor furniture. Good dining area and living area. Perfect for a family and longer stay. Highly recommend in winter or summer for families and for longer stays. And with own transport so you can drive to the many attractions. Good fish and chip shop about 1 km away - on way to city but then take a left before city- in suburban area also near lake. Can't recall name. Google maps has it.
