Lawrence had a very good understanding of the market and was able to guide us to make informed decisions in every step of the selling process. He was always available to answer questions or to provide updates on how the selling process was progressing, fitting in with our schedule as we have a young family. We felt very confident in Lawrence and his ability to sell our house in order for us to make our next move, giving us time to process information and to ask questions about the selling process along the way. We worked with Dean & Alena initially to gain feedback about selling vs. renovating then selling. We received really good advice about the areas our buyer demographic were looking for without over-capitalising in non-value adding changes. Dean & Alena kept in contact over the course of our reno journey in a friendly and open manner and provided ongoing advice and guidance even though we hadnβt formally engaged them in a contract. It was their supportive, positive and engaged nature, without pressure to commit, that proved the deciding factor in us choosing to represent the selling of our home to the market. Throughout the process they always gave us their full attention, kept us up-to-date on interest and viewings and managed the whole process professionally and without fuss. Deadline day commenced with a calm and measured presentation of offers and a positive result we were really happy with.
