★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrived mid day on Saturday to a post it note stuck on front door - ‘closed for one hour for lunch’. The staff in this bank are painful to deal with, when they feel like dealing with you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give fewer stars I would. Went in to get a travel card and not only was the clerk arrogant and rude (never looked at me while speaking and acted like he knew better about the country I was wanting to load money for- he claimed that if I were to travel to European countries with their own currencies it would go to USD rather then Euro) but he also lied about the minimum I could load (travel card website states otherwise). In the end he just didn't provide me with any information and I walked out without being helped. The worst bnz experience in a decade.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service staff at BNZ Silverdale have completely forgotten that they are employed to serve customers. Heaven help you if the automatic till machine malfunctions and you have to "inconvenience" the staff for service.
This is not the same for all branches as the staff at BNZ Frankton go over and above to help - they would get 10 stars if that was an option
