Her bubbly personality and knowledge of jewellery, from early classics through to modern pieces added another layer to my selection process. Thank you both for your kindness and help. Every time I visited the store, all the other staffs were always happy, chatty, and helpful as well. Thanks Silverdale, keep up the good work!

Sylvia efficiently and kindly resolved this for me and never once did I feel not good enough because I wasn't spending a heap of money like I have in the past at other jewellers. Felt very welcome, love the team there!!!! :)))
