Marty's consults are great and it's one on one on a regular basis to track progress. 12 - 15 minute workouts, no pressure - you reap what you sow. Recommend to everyone to take that first step and make an appointment, good luck.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi it's Craig here, I suffered a stroke some months ago and although trying to do my best, I would tire quickly and because of a loss of balance I was unable to ride my mountain bike effectively. Because of this the weight was piling on. I saw an ad for body buzz and went for a free consultation and trial. I was thrilled to think I could still have a glass or two of wine at night , and a good meat and veg meal. In fact the diet is not at all horrid and I seem to have more energy and well being. The workouts are 12 - 15 mins and you have 24/7 access. I now realise I was eating all the wrong foods at the wrong times. After a few weeks I can now fit my much loved Levis 501's that were 75mm to small. I have also fired up my Yamaha 250 motocross bike and had a short spin. Still some way to go tho.
Marty, the owner/trainer/coach does know his stuff in nutrition, weight loss and fitness, and a neat guy to boot. It is also very affordable, just feeling great. If you want a totally holistic life game changer, go see him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I definitely recommend body buzz, the weight loss started almost immediately, the vibration training is excellent as the sessions are quick and also get results, Marty is also a great wealth of knowledge to tap into to aid you in your journey, this is the best weight loss service that i have ever seen.
