★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the second year in a row I've been here for my birthday. Decor is calming, staff are friendly, and the treatments are oh so relaxing. I feel asleep during mine. They even give a little chocolate eclair afterwards which seems trivial, but it's those little things which are up to a great experience. They even gave a birthday discount voucher, and booking online was easy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ UPDATE; After writing a review (below) I did receive a call from Body Cafe, they were very apologetic and asked me to come back and have the treatment re done. The treatment was thorough and unrushed. Just like it should have been at the time of my initial booking.
I was booked in for the $75 dollar pedicure. It said it was 45 minutes of foot work. This treatment was around 25 minutes long from ear to ear. The member of staff was lovely but the treatment itself did not cut it, cuticle work around my nails did not get done just ontop of my nail, the hard skin was treated with a peel but not a great amount came off as it wasnt on there long enough, nails were filed short and wasnt even asked if I wanted to leave them long or short and in what shape. Very disappointed with this treatment and I think they should clarify exactly what the treatment involves. Especially on the price list and when booking.
