★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was so disappointed when I called this morning to confirm our 1pm appointment, only to find out that our appointment wasn’t even made last week when I called to book. My husband and I had been looking forward to our massages all week. We were offered a different time that was not going to work for us as we had a late lunch booked at 2pm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been here quite a few times now. Our last massage was the therapeutic massage. OMG best massage ever. Book early as these guys get booked solid. We have an 8 week wait for our next booking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a drama! I booked online for a long overdue massage. Walked 25 minutes to get there and was told that they didnt have me booked in. I showed them my emailed conformation only to be told "oh something has gone wrong with our booking system we are fully booked today". They did offer a sauna but however i was already hot and bothered and wanted a massage.
So i ended up just leaving. They did offer a glass of water but nothing else.
I am gutted! I had done my homework and read the reviews before i booked.
They really need to sort out their booking system .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waters spa has good quality service with limited parking. 3 car park outside so wise to discuss any parking issues you may have when booking as outside the facility is a yellow line.
Massages are of a high standard and doterra therapeutic oils can be used.
Booking a bit tricky with system however they do send a reminder by txt.
Location over the river views to relax is beautiful.
Products used of a high standard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The majority of the birds are very friendly and love people. The park is well maintained and beautiful wetlands with native trees. A great place to go in summer or winter. Their isn't a cost so you can visit as often as you would like. At least for now. Developers are trying to destroy it for a road. Proving once again New Zealand doesn't give a lick about being green.
