★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When it comes down to Waihi vs Waihi Beach, I found that though the beach gym doesn't have as many machines or equipment, the people there are more friendly and the owner is really easy to get along with.
I'd prefer his gym over the more fully equipped Waihi gym.
Hopefully one day we get a gym that doesn't cost $20 a week on or around Waihi!
