But just want you to know that your GYM is the back drop and name listed on a group that is trying to black mail teenagers in Lexington South Carolina USA. The name on the fake Facebook acct is Ella Williams that shows a picture of a girl. Just thought you should know.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A sweet little gym that has older equipment but everything you need for a good solid workout. Plenty of floor space that is partitioned off for the weights area, which I like. Lots of air flow too and conscientious members who don't hog things. Everyone put their weights away and were friendly without being in your face.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fabulous gym with everyone super friendly. Equipment is plentiful and tho not modern is well cared for and more than adequate. I love classic training and 'old school methods the equipment suits me 100%.
Plenty of cardio machines, new steppers, more new stuff coming and a wicked crosscut area.
