★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Bodyworx after a recommendation by a friend - who is a physiotherapist.
Matt was my osteopath, and he treated me with utmost care and respect. My long term neck/shoulder pain had completely recovered after 5 months of visits and also based on his advise on lifestyle and dietary changes which addressed my underlying inflammation issues.
The holistic approach has been a great relief to my health in general, his advise has been invaluable - not common with many healthcare professionals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been visiting the team at Bodyworx for quite a few years now, and they have always got me going again with sometimes rather obscure injuries! They take the time to work through the problem and identify the cause, and are not afraid to invite other clinicians in to discuss what treatment regime is best for you, it feels like a real team effort. I also really enjoy the relaxed atmosphere at the clinic it makes the whole experience more enjoyable. Would certainly recommend Bodyworx if you want professionals to look after you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been visiting Bodyworx for years and I've always rated it and the staff highly.
Recently I had a baby and was having issues with low milk supply. She was very unsettled and also hated being put down. It was a really stressful time. I saw two lactation consultants who couldn't figure out the issue as from the outside the latch looked great.
A nurse/midwife friend suggested osteo so I gave it a go and it has been a complete game changer. Kristin has been amazing. She identified the issues and over a few sessions relaxed my baby's body and corrected her latch! My baby is now so much more settled. She loves chilling on her back and breastfeeding is going really well. I could have cried!
I was so nervous taking my screaming baby in at the beginning but felt very supported as soon as I arrived.
I just wish I had gone sooner!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I started going to Bodyworx more than decade ago, for various reasons, as they arise. One treatment is often only what is needed. Jeremy and Karen are so knowledgeable and so passionate and above all very caring. Every time I felt as I am their only patient as they always engage 100 %, offering more than just the treatment. I am grateful for their advises and guidance. All my family members now seeing them. They always treat us with tender loving care. Because they really do care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this place. As soon as you enter the slick architecturally designed space, you are greeted with the soothing sounds of The Breeze playing on the radio and are instantly relaxed.
I've taken my baby daughter here to see Karen on three seperate occasions and I cannot recommend her highly enough. She's hard to get an appointment with because she's so good, but it's worth the wait. In addition to her clear skill and knowledge of her profession, she also has such a warm and pleasant manner, which adds to the serene atmosphere already described above. Thank you so much Karen, I will be recommending you to all my friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Both Karen and Jeremy helped out our little girl who was having problems with wind, around 4-6 weeks old. Their methods were gentle and effective, as we could visibly see our little lady relax. They validated how I felt as a first time mum, who felt my little girl was in pain and was constantly told 'she'll just grow out of it'. Thankfully for Karen, she didn't have to just 'grow out of it' and could be relieved. Could not recommend them more!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hands down, every baby should be checked by an osteopath, especially those born via a c-section! We have been hearing that it's natural for our newborn to be crying all the time but it just didn't feel right. By chance, heard of baby cranial osteopath and were luckily referred to Bodyworx.
Karen did a fantastic job with our 6-week old baby. She identified areas of tension and helped release it after a few sessions. Even after the first visit, we could see a difference in our baby's behavior, and with time she improved a lot.
Of course, she still has her crying fits, but nothing compared with what she had been before osteo.
So grateful to Karen and Jeremy, who helped in one of the sessions! You made a huge difference guys.
