★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not book here they can’t be trusted. We booked in August, had confirmation emails then out of the blue they cancelled our booking 2 days beforehand, on Christmas Day! To be clear they had emailed us hours prior to cancelling to say we could not check in early then cancelled (also via email)! Claimed a double booking - even though we booked 4 months in advance. Appalling, they clearly cannot be trusted as will take another (likely longer) booking if it comes along. Also wanted payment in cash so says a lot about them too. Just don’t put yourself through this and avoid this property.
