I booked a hotel room however there was no option to put all the guest names on it and then when I called them to put my guest name on it they refused did not even trying to help me and saying they can’t do anything. So why do you even have a customer services when you’re not serving them !!!!!!!!! Just waste of money and time basically. Horrible experience

Extremely poor service. Charged me $340 for a booking and did not inform the owners of the accommodation. I had to pay the same amount again at the location.
Their customer service is poor, it's a 09 number which no one picks up.
Use a different company or you will loose money.
Also look at their facebook page, this is a pattern across the world.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been using them for a number of years, however given the current worldwide virus contaminations, unwilling and unhelpful in resolving a case with Waitakere Resort & Spa due to not being able to travel. I'll no longer be using them and would advise others to cut out the middle man and book direct wherever you go.
