★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a book online when there was still stock available for purchase. I then get informed the next morning that both books left in stock have since been sold out. Highly disappointed with this outcome - when the system shows they are available, how can they be 'sold out' in between those times - very bad service and/or system. Will not be purchasing from them again.
