They lies about their products to sell them and when you try to return them they say they explain about that. Even the manager is rude and doesn’t know how to behave customers.

Very poor customer service Been going there heaps Will not go back after today Brought wrong size Band-Aids And asked them to please swap For smaller as I had brought huge ones And hadn't used at all and they said no So I told her to keep the Nearly 20.. dollar Band-Aids and walked out

Firstly the shop assistant around 5pm on Tuesday the 10th was very helpful with prompt customer service skills! However shocked and dissapointed by the way 2 technicians handled my request. There were atleast 4 people in the dispensary area and not 1 if them seemed to know what to do 15mins in and I was asked confronting questions in a public area and questioned about why I needed what was prescribed and what it was for - Breach of patient's rights! I felt like I was being accused of something or like the whole thing was a huge inconvenience for them. I asked them for my script back because all I kept receiving were excuses. What I did not appreciate was them trying to make it my problem that they did not know how to do their jobs instead of offering me a solution then being charged for a script and only receiving 1 tablet. The only reason the Dr managed to get in touch with you today was because I needed to call them at 8.30am this morning advising them that they need to contact you because there was an issue and I was in pain.

I wrongly bought 2 over the counter regular Mentholatum Deep Heat ointment instead of Night version of it just before the close of day (precisely 4:58pm). I took it back the next morning before 9:30AM for a replacement, but the owner lady insisted the temperature might have changed since I took it away compared to their shop's temperature. So she denied any form of customer service, not even a courtesy empathy! She went further to say she and her husband are the owners of the shop and no one else to complain to despite the products is just about $20. I felt that's a POOR service under a disguise of medicine storage policy she was claiming :(

We booked online and got a confirmation email for an first time ear piercing for our 6 year old, when we go there after all the young ones excitement they just dismissed us and sent us to a tattoo pallor up the road. No apology nothing

I always get good service. They go out of their way to track down what you want. My favorite lipstick had been discontinued, so they tracked down the last 3 for me - very happy!
